Share in your guides watchful eye as you search for Bald Eagles, Salmon, Moose, Bears, and a host of resident and nonresident Bird species that thrive in and around its nutrient rich waters and forests. Gaze up during your travels to the tops of the towering Kenai Mountains for groups of Dall Sheep and Mountain Goats keeping a watchful eye over the valley.


Learn about the rich native history of the area, along with the inception of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge and its goals to preserve and protect this true gem of Alaska. End your journey with an unforgettable, easy river descent through the breathtaking Kenai River Canyon before entering the enigmatical, glacier carved Skilak Lake. Enjoy the views as you cruise out across the lake to your final destination and take-out at Upper Skilak Lake Campground.
