Alaska Troutfitters new riverfront location is at mile 48.5 of the Sterling Highway in beautiful Cooper Landing Alaska.
From Anchorage International Airport follow signs for Alaska Hwy 1, you will want to travel south on the New Seward Hwy. Enjoy the next two hours as you drive around the remarkable Turnagain Arm and into the Chugach Mountains. You will travel 90 miles before reaching the junction of Alaska Hwy 1 and Alaska Hwy 9.
Turn right and the fork following the directions to Homer/Soldotna. You will now be traveling on the Sterling Hwy (Alaska Hwy1) for approximately 6 miles to the town of Cooper Landing.
After you cross the Kenai River Bridge look for us in our new log cabin fly shop on the right hand side of the road just passed Hamilton's.
